Since we met -- studying abroad in France our junior year -- food has been central to our friendship. As life has led us in different directions (Sarah to Seattle; Libby to Brooklyn), we've never lost touch. Through school, jobs, weddings, babies, and the triumphs and trials of life as working mothers, we've continued to bond over our latest recipe finds, recent kitchen disasters, and the exhilarating growth of Internet food culture. 

We'd like to share with you a taste of our correspondence. It won’t be perfect -- far from it, actually. You won’t find professional-grade photography, cutting-edge web design, or James Beard Award-winning recipes. Instead, you’ll find an honest snapshot of our experiences around food, shared through our letters to each other. We hope our stories remind you that all we can do is our best, and that in the end…nobody’s perfect.
